MEDIA POLICY

THE SAVORY ELIXIR may capture photos or video during any event we serve. By moving forward with a booking, you acknowledge and agree that this media may be shared on our website or social platforms. If you prefer that images or footage of you or your event not be used, please let us know at the time of booking.

ALCOHOL POLICY

THE SAVORY ELIXIR/ELIXIR & CO.  does not hold a liquor license and therefore cannot sell alcohol. All alcohol purchases and any required permits are the responsibility of the client. Our team will serve beverages in full compliance with Florida alcohol laws and regulations. We do not serve minors, and all clients must be 21 or older to book our services. Guests who appear underage may be asked to provide valid identification at our discretion.

The event host is responsible for the conduct of all attendees. THE SAVORY ELIXIR/ELIXIR & CO.  reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears visibly intoxicated, as determined by our staff. Any alcohol purchased for the event will remain with the host at the conclusion of service. All non-alcoholic ingredients, mixers, and supplies provided by THE SAVORY ELIXIR/ELIXIR & CO. remain the property of the company
